Change of Documentation Agent for Series AE1, AE2, AE3, AE4 and AH1 bonds

The Company (KRUK S.A.) announces that:

• As of February 28th 2022, Copernicus Securities S. A., with its registered office at Al. Jana Pawła II 29, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland, will cease to act as Documentary Agent for Series AE1, AE2, AE3, AE4 and AH1 bonds.
• As of February 28th 2022, the role of Documentation Agent for these bond series will be performed by Dom Maklerski BDM S.A., with its registered office at ul. Stojałowskiego 27, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

This change does not constitute an amendment to and is made in compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Series AE1, AE2, AE3, AE4 and AH1 bonds, respectively.
