At this stage your CV and cover letter are being analyzed in terms of experience and skills necessary for a given position. That is why it is worth to carefully read the requirements and describe your experience and skills in the CV before sending the application. Do not worry if your do not meet all the requirements. It is crucial that you meet the key ones. We will contact the selected candidates by telephone and arrange a meeting.

In some cases, during our first telephone conversation, we will ask about additional issues, not resulting directly from application documents. In such a case, we always give you feedback and, in the case of a positive conclusion, we will invite you to an interview to our head office.

The job interview is a moment when we can know each other better. We will talk about your experience, skills, and predispositions required when working at a given position. You will be able to obtain more detailed information about our company, business activity, and scope of duties at the position you are applying to. Our meeting is a dialogue and exchange of information in a friendly atmosphere. On some occasions, if the knowledge of a foreign language was among the requirements, part of the interview may be conducted in this language. In some cases you may be also asked to complete tasks or practical tests.

Job interviews are conducted by the employees of the Personal Policy Management Area in cooperation with the manager looking for an employee for his team. Arrive on time and reserve an appropriate amount of time. In the case of random events preventing you from coming to the interview, contact us.  

Depending on the position, we can plan one or two job interviews. In the case of a recruitment process for executive positions and for some specialist positions, you may be asked to participate in a meeting conducted with the Assessment Centre methodology (samples of your work assessed by professional assessors).

Regardless of the outcome of the interview, after the end of the recruitment process we provide all persons participating in meetings with feedback on their performance. In the case of a positive, recommendation, we will present you a job offer. This offer includes: the exact name of the offered position, duration for which the contract is concluded, amount of remuneration and additional benefits we can offer (health care, etc.). The next stage is commencement of work, training, and induction in the company.
