The KRUK Group companies, i.e. KRUK S.A. and Kancelaria Prawna Raven P. Krupa Sp. k. adopted a joint ‘Internal Whistleblowing reporting procedure’, which sets out the procedure for making (including anonymous) reports of breaches of the law, internal regulations and ethical standards, the rules for managing such reports by authorised employees of the Companies (verification and follow-up), as well as the rules for protecting whistleblowers against retaliation.
