At the KRUK Group, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and full integrity and transparency in our internal and external relations. We attach particular importance to conducting our business in compliance with applicable laws, internal regulations and ethical standards.
However, we are aware that the risk of irregularities cannot be avoided. We therefore take a number of measures to detect and respond to any irregularities and violations.
In order to make it easier for employees, co-workers and business partners to report breaches and irregularities, we have a whistleblowing channel for reporting (also anonymously) breaches of laws, internal regulations and ethical standards.
Why do we want to receive information on violations?
Information, including reasonably suspected violations of law or internal regulations that have occurred or may potentially occur at a KRUK Group, may help to identify irregularities more quickly and effectively prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
Joint whistleblowing procedure
The KRUK Group companies, i.e. KRUK S.A. and Kancelaria Prawna Raven P. Krupa Sp. k., adopted a joint Whistleblowing Procedure, which sets out the procedure for making reports of breaches of the law, internal regulations and ethical standards (also anonymously), the rules for managing those reports by authorised employees of the Companies (verification and follow-up), as well as the rules for protection of whistleblowers against retaliation.
Information on the joint internal whistleblowing reporting procedure for KRUK S.A. and Kancelaria Prawna Raven P. Krupa Sp. k. is available HERE.
