KRUK allocates PLN 125 million in bonds with 62% subscription reduction

Today, KRUK allocated PLN 125 million in six-year Series AP2 bonds, offering a variable interest rate based on 3M WIBOR and a fixed margin of 3.0 percentage points per annum. With subscription orders placed by 2,287 investors for a total amount of PLN 329 million, a 62% subscription reduction was applied.

‘This is our first issue of six-year bonds under a prospectus-based offer targeting retail investors. It is also the first time we have exercised the option to increase the number of bonds offered, as allowed by the terms of the issue and supported by the high demand. This enabled us to allocate the maximum amount of offered bonds, with a total nominal value of PLN 125 million,’ said Piotr Krupa, CEO of KRUK S.A. ‘We appreciate the trust shown by our investors, as demonstrated by the strong interest in KRUK bonds. We are continuously assessing our financing needs and do not rule out issuing additional bond series. Under our 11th Bond Programme, we can still offer debt securities totalling up to PLN 700 million by September 2025. The funding raised will support our continued growth in four key European markets and further the digital transformation of KRUK.
