KRUK allocates PLN 70m worth of bonds with 75% order reduction
Today, KRUK has successfully allocated its Series AO7 bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 70m. The order reduction of 75.37% sets a new record in the Company’s history for issuing prospectus-based bonds with a nominal value exceeding PLN 70m. The total value of subscription orders from 2,316 investors amounted to PLN 284m.
‘With the bond series allocated today, we have issued bonds totalling PLN 235m and EUR 34m under our Tenth Bond Programme dedicated to retail investors. This accounts for about half of the programme’s PLN 700m limit. This is an excellent result, and we are delighted with the trust investors continue to show in us,’ noted Piotr Krupa, KRUK CEO. ‘We aim to remain active in the Polish bond market for both retail and institutional investors. Future bond issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis to align with our business requirements.
