KRUK Group estimates net profit for the first three quarters of 2024 at PLN 959 million

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. announced today, in a current report, that the KRUK Group’s estimated net profit for the first three quarters of 2024 is PLN 959 million. Cash EBITDA for the period is estimated at PLN 1,775 million. The net debt to cash EBITDA ratio at the end of the third quarter of 2024 is projected to be 2.5.

‘Our estimated net profit for the three quarters of this year is close to the full-year result for 2023, and, like the estimated cash EBITDA, reflects the highest figures we have seen in the first nine months of any year,’ said Piotr Krupa, CEO and President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A. ‘Taking into account the ongoing fourth quarter, PLN 2.6 billion of recoveries from purchased portfolios and PLN 1.6 billion of investments in debt portfolios represent a solid result. The KRUK team continues to effectively strengthen our international position while enhancing our operational and technological competitive edge. We will provide further commentary when we publish our third quarter 2024 results,’ added Piotr Krupa.

The final financial results will be published in the KRUK Group’s consolidated report for the first three quarters of 2024, scheduled for release on 29 October 2024.
