KRUK Group sustainability report 2021

Today, KRUK has published its sustainability report for 2021, which is a source of information on the Group's environmental, social and governance performance.

“The KRUK Group is a responsible and sustainable organisation with an international presence. The newly published report offers a closer look at KRUK’s activities in the social, governance and environmental areas. Having incorporated ESG into our management processes, we are able to build value and growth opportunities,” comments Piotr Krupa, CEO and President of the KRUK S.A. Management Board. “We want to share the information that is the base of our success with the market. For us, this information as of key importance and helps us develop a strong and resilient modern international organisation with a presence in seven  European markets. We want the market to know that we are committed to ethical conduct and responsibility, and we take care to ensure the highest quality of customer service and cooperation with our trading partners. Our activities are founded on personal data protection, security, including digital security, and compliance with legal standards. Diversity and gender equality, in turn, are drivers of KRUK's success and an element of our organisational culture. In 2021, women represented 25% of the Group's management bodies, and 66% of employees in managerial positions. We are currently in the process of defining long- and short-term goals for an ESG strategy, which will form a part of our business strategy. We have already done a lot in this area, but we have an appetite to be a better and stronger organisation, even more resilient to the changes in our environment," concludes Piotr Krupa.
