Syndicated credit facility for KRUK increased

On 25 June 2025, KRUK S.A. announced an increase of its revolving credit facility by EUR 90 million, up to the maximum amount of EUR 740 million. The banking syndicate comprises: DNB Bank ASA, ING Bank Śląski S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., with DNB Bank ASA of Oslo as the agent.
“One of KRUK’s major competitive advantages is our long-term strategy, which extends to the access to debt financing. As at the end of the first quarter of 2025, our net debt to cash EBITDA ratio stood at 2.6, one of the industry’s lowest among publicly listed companies. We consistently deliver on – and frequently exceed – our business targets, a fact clearly recognised by our financing banks,” said Piotr Krupa, CEO and President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A. “This year, we have issued bonds with a nominal value of PLN 400 million to institutional investors and PLN 100 million to retail investors, with subscription currently open for an additional series of up to PLN 100 million. The trust we have seen placed in us by both banks and bondholders reinforces the foundation for executing our strategy announced earlier this year, sustaining our position as the industry leader in Poland, and continuing our international expansion.”
