The New/Old Supervisory Board of KRUK

In connection with the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting taken today (i.e. on 27 March 2013) to extend the number of members of the Supervisory Board to seven people, to appoint the members of the Supervisory Board, and in connection with the submission of claims by eligible shareholders on the appointment of supervisors (referred to in the current report no 18/2013)

The Supervisory Board KRUK new tenure is as follows:

1. Mr. Dariusz Prończuk – Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
2. Mr. Józef Wancer – Member of the Supervisory Board,
3. Mr. Krzysztof Kawalec – Member of the Supervisory Board,
4. Mr. Piotr Stępniak – Member of the Supervisory Board,
5. Ms. Katarzyna Beuch – Member of the Supervisory Board (since 1 April 2013),
6. Mr. Robert Koński – Member of the Supervisory Board,
7. Mr. Arkadiusz Orlin Jastrzębski – Member of the Supervisory Board.
