New option of debt repayments through KRUK points is available since January 2016. It is a significant facilitation for all those who do not use electronic transactions. It also means that long lines and high fees are now history.
Thanks to the co-operation between KRUK Group and RUCH S.A., clients serviced by KRUK can now make their payments at their nearest RUCH point. This not only means comfort, but also time and money savings. High availability of RUCH kiosks allows to avoid long lines that we often see in banks or at the post office. The transfer fee is only 1.50 PLN, making the option much cheaper compared to other institutions.
This solution is particularly good for elder persons, who do not use online banking services – says Piotr Krupa, President of KRUK S.A. – Repayment of debt has never been that simple. Just visit your nearest RUCH point, and, while grabbing you favorite paper, settle your liabilities - comfortably and without standing in lines.

How to make the payment? Visit the nearest point with a special bar-coded voucher that you receive together with your debt payment correspondence. This can be used to make the payment at RUCH.
This option also works for cases where KRUK and PROKURA Fund belonging to KRUK Group are the creditors.
