2024 KRUK Group Sustainability Summary
Earlier this March, we published the 2024 Consolidated sustainability statement of the KRUK Group, which is part of the Director’s eport on the operations of the KRUK Group and KRUK S.A. This statement was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards).
Being aware that the format of the document published in March may be demanding for readers, and with a wide audience in mind, we decided to prepare and share an additional document: the 2024 KRUK Group Sustainability Summary. This document presents in a condensed form what we consider to be the most important aspects of our sustainability efforts.
We did this because for us, sustainability is not just a regulatory obligation, but above all, an expression of responsibility toward our clients, employees, investors, partners, and the community. Ethical debt collection, responsible customer relations, being a good employer, and solid corporate governance are not just slogans for us—they are concrete actions that are reflected in our mission, vision, and values.
