Appointment of Supervisory Board members

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today, on May 8th, 2026, the Company received a statement from Piotr Krupa, an entitled shareholder, on the exercise of his right under Article 11.5 and Article 11.8 of the Company’s Articles of Association and on the appointment, effective 26 May 2026, of Piotr Stępniak and Krzysztof Kawalec as members of the Supervisory Board for a new term of office.

Krzysztof Kawalec has also been designated by Piotr Krupa to serve as Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board, effective 26 May 2026.
