Approval of prospectus for Tenth Public Bond Programme

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today it was notified of the
approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on July 11th 2023 of the Company’s
prospectus prepared for the purposes the Tenth Public Bond Programme.
