(the “Company”) with reference to the reports dated on December 30th 2024, and dated on December 31st 2024, informs that on January 9th 2025 it received from Shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" (Shareholder), represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., a submission of the candidacy of Mr Marcin Paluch as an independent member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
