(the “Company”) informs that on May 20th 2026, at 12:26 p.m., it received from Shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień”  (Shareholder), represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., a submission of the candidacy of Ms Katarzyna Turkiewicz as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
