He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York. He is a senior strategy adviser with 35 years of experience working with C-suite executives, private owners, entrepreneurs and investors, bringing deep expertise across strategy and value creation, transformation, international expansion, cost reduction, reorganisations and M&A.Since 2012, he has been a partner at Bain & Company, Inc., where he currently serves as Advisory Partner and Chairman for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2012, as Senior Partner, he founded Bain Poland/CEE and served as its Managing Partner until 2024. From 2012 to 2024, he served on the EMEA regional leadership team. From 1992 to 2012, he held senior positions at McKinsey & Company, Inc., working initially in Denmark, then in Canada and Poland. From 2005 to 2011, he served as Managing Director of McKinsey Poland. From 1987 to 1990, he worked as an analyst at Chrysler Motors Corporation in Detroit. He serves as Adviser to the Supervisory Board of OSHEE S.A. and is a member of the Polish Business Roundtable, the American Chamber of Commerce and the Programme Council of 60 Million Congress, and a Strategic Partner of Corporate Connections. From 2011 to 2015, he served on the Supervisory Board of KGHM S.A. He is a regular speaker at leading international conferences, including the Krynica/Karpacz Economic Forum, the European Financial Congress, the European Economic Congress, Private Equity Insights and the World Economic Forum in Davos.
