Krzysztof Kawalec, President of the Management Board of BFF Polska S.A. and Head of the BFF Bank SpA Branch in Poland, whose group is a member of the BFF Banking Group listed on Borsa Italiana. He has been with KRUK S.A. since 2009, and currently is a member of the Supervisory Board of KRUK TFI S.A. Mr Kawalec graduated from the Faculty of Organisation and Management at the Łódź University of Technology (having earned a Master of Science/Engineer degree in Business Administration). In 2002, he completed a post-graduate Enterprise Value Management programme at the Warsaw School of Economics, and then, in 2003, a post-graduate course in Management Accounting and Controlling at the same school. In 2006, he additionally completed an MBA at PAM Center of the University of Łódź, University of Maryland. In 1998−2001, Mr Kawalec was employed as Manager at IFFP Sp. z o.o. (International Fast Food Polska Sp. z o.o.) of Warsaw. In 2001–2002, he headed the Contracts Department at Magellan S.A. In 2002–2003, he was a member of the Company’s Management Board and the CFO. In 2003, he was appointed Vice President of the Company’s Management Board and Chief Operating Officer, and since July 1st 2008 he has served as President of the Management Board of Magellan S.A. and since 2018 as President of the Management Board of BFF Polska S.A.He is also on the Supervisory Boards of BFF Slovakia s.r.o. and BFF MedFinance s.r.o., operating in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of KRUK S.A. of Wrocław.
