A graduate of the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. He has 35 years of experience in financial markets, encompassing investment processes and business administration and development. He has held managerial positions at various levels for over twenty years, with his fitness for senior executive and supervisory board roles formally confirmed through the Polish Financial Supervision Authority’s (KNF) licence to serve as a management board member and supervisory board member of regulated financial entities. From 2024 to 2025, he was an Associate Partner at Deloitte Advisory, specialising in Value Creation and Strategy. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Deputy Chair of the KNF, leading capital market supervision and contributing to the oversight of the insurance and banking sectors. Concurrently, from 2020 to 2023, he represented the KNF on the ESMA Board of Supervisors. His core professional expertise lies in asset management and ALM, including within insurance undertakings such as MetLife and AGF. He has been responsible for overseeing the investment and business activities of asset management companies across the CEE region. From 2014 to 2019, he served as a member of the Management Board of MetLife TUNŻiR S.A.; from 2010 to 2013, as President of the Management Board and Chief Investment Officer of MetLife PTE S.A., which managed Poland's fourth largest pension fund. His association with the capital markets dates to 1991, including roles at CDM Pekao and DM AmerBrokers. He holds a securities broker licence. He has been actively involved in corporate governance processes, including through the Corporate Governance Committee of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He has completed training and coursework in ESG and AI for Executive Management. He currently serves as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Forum TFI and conducts an independent advisory practice covering financial markets and institutions and business transformation. He is a lecturer in investment funds at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.
