Bank syndicate increases KRUK’s credit facility
KRUK S.A. today announced an increase in its revolving credit facility by EUR 265 million up to the maximum amount of EUR 1,020 million and an extension of its availability until 3 July 2031. The banking syndicate comprises: DNB Bank ASA as the agent, ING Bank Śląski S.A., Erste Bank Polska S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.
“This is very good news that confirms KRUK’s strong fundamentals. Diversified funding is important to us, and increased credit availability supports the delivery of our ambitious objectives,” said Piotr Krupa, CEO and President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A. “We have a strong balance sheet and relatively low leverage for our industry. We estimate that our net debt to cash EBITDA ratio at the end of September 2026 may stand at 2.7, significantly below covenant limits and below the levels we consider acceptable. In a highly competitive environment, we are working even harder to improve our operating efficiency, including through cost optimisation. Digital transformation, which requires investment, remains our priority. The increase in the banks’ lending commitments and the extension of funding availability until 2031 demonstrate their confidence in KRUK and their long-term view of our business.”
