KRUK to be added to MSCI Small Cap
KRUK (ticker: KRU), leader on the Central European market of debt collection, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) since 2011, will be added to the MSCI Global Small Cap index as of December 1st 2015.
“We have been contemplating the possibility of adding our stock to this index, one of the most prestigious ones, for some time. By this move, we are joining the group of major global players on the debt collection market. We see it as a clear appreciation of our business and the effort put into investor relations domestically and abroad. This year only, we have participated in seven investor conferences - one in London, New York, Stegersbach, Paris and three in Warsaw. In addition, together with our partners, we organised four roadshows, visiting Chicago, Boston, New York, Miami, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Frankfurt and London. We plan further events – in longer term we would like to attract Asian investors’ interest in our Company” says Piotr Krupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A.
KRUK has been listed on the WSE since May 10th 2011. The IPO price of KRUK shares was PLN 39.70 per share. Polish and foreign investors took part in the offering.
“Over the four years of our stock exchange presence, our net profit has increased more than fourfold, to PLN 152m in 2014. The market price of our stock has followed suit, supporting its liquidity. We do not forget about our business, though, and continue to work hard on sound performance for our investors. Quite recently, we signed our first agreement on the German market and confirmed the attractiveness of two next markets - Italy and Spain. There is still a lot of work ahead on our 2015-2019 strategy” adds Mr Piotr Krupa.
