It is a fourth time under the effective bond programme that we are launching an issue of KRUK’s five-year debt securities worth PLN 60m, bearing interest at 3.3% plus 3M WIBOR, to meet investor expectations. The subscription window for Series AM4 bonds will open on July 27th and close on August 10th 2022,” commented Piotr Krupa, CEO of KRUK S.A. “Our bond issuance activity is resonating with the pace of KRUK’s growth. The first half of this year saw a continued stream of strong recoveries, driven by a range of operational improvements across all markets. I am particularly pleased with the performance we delivered abroad, reflecting the already international presence of KRUK. At the same time, we are steadily working to advance our technologies and digitalise the operations. Many of our clients already interact with us via e-KRUK, and we increasingly rely on process automation and robotic solutions. The bond proceeds will contribute towards the KRUK Group’s growth funding,” concluded Piotr Krupa.
