Current Report No. 1/2017: Resolution of the WSE Management Board to admit Series AF1 bonds to trading

Further to Current Report No. 119/2016 of December 15th 2016 on the registration of Series AF1 bonds of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) with the Central Securities Depository of Poland, the Company’s Management Board announces that it was notified that on December 30th 2016 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) passed Resolution No. 1401/2016 to admit the Company’s Series AF1 bearer bonds to trading on the Catalyst market (the “Resolution”).

Pursuant to the Resolution, the Management Board of the WSE, acting in accordance with Par. 3.1 and 3.7 of the WSE Rules, resolved to admit 400,000 Series AF1 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market. The Resolution became effective as of its date.
