Current Report No. 11/2017: CSDP Operations Department announcement of registration of Series G shares

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. of Wrocław (the “Company”) announces that today is was notified of an announcement of the Operations Department of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (“CSDP”), dated February 23rd 2017. According to the announcement, on February 27th 2017 CSDP will register the Company securities assigned ISIN code No. PLKRK0000010. The registration will be effected pursuant to the CSDP Management Board’s Resolution No. 100/17 of February 17th 2017, and will concern 1,000,000 Series G ordinary bearer shares in the Company, with a par value of PLN 1 per share.
