Current Report No. 11/2019: Allotment of unsecured bearer bonds

Further to Current Report No. 10/2019 of March 25th 2019 on the issue of bonds, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) announces that on March 27th 2019 it became aware of successful placement by the Dealer, acting on behalf of the Issuer, of the Series AE4 unsecured bearer bonds (the “Bonds”) and their entry in the depositary register. Based on the information, the Company’s Management Board concluded that the Bond issue was successful and that 115.000 Bonds had been allotted, each with a nominal value per bond equal to the issue price of PLN 1,000 (with a total value amounting to PLN 115m). The Bonds will bear interest at 3M WIBOR plus a fixed margin of 4.0 percentage points.
