Current Report No. 13/2024: Notice of registration of series AO5EUR bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement No. 172/2024 of February 16th 2024 that the 100,000 Series AO5EUR bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000820 (the “Bonds”), will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market
