Current Report No.130/2016: CSDP Operations Department announcement of registration of KRUK S.A. securities

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on December 29th 2016 it was notified of an announcement by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (“CSDP”) Operations Department to the effect that 1,000,000 Company securities assigned ISIN code PLKRK0000499 would be registered with CSDP on December 30th 2016.

At the same time, further to Current Report No. 129/2016, the Company’s Management Board announces that the condition for registration with CSDP of allotment certificates to Series G shares, stipulated in resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange No. 1384/2016 dated December 28th 2016, concerning introduction of 1,000,000 allotment certificates to Series G ordinary bearer shares in the Company with a par value of PLN 1 per share to trading on the main market, has been fulfilled.
