Current Report No. 15/2019: Positive assessment of Management Board’s dividend payment proposal

Further to Current Report No. 14/2019 of April 23rd 2019 concerning the Management Board’s dividend recommendation, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on April 26th 2019 the Company’s Supervisory Board passed a resolution on the assessment of a recommendation on the payment of a dividend to the Company’s shareholders. The Supervisory Board positively assessed the Management Board’s recommendation to the Annual General Meeting to pay a dividend of PLN 5 per share. The dividend will be fully paid from the Company’s statutory reserve funds.
