Current Report No. 15/2021: Claim assignment agreement with Cofidis S.A. Sucursal en Espana executed on the Spanish market.

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today, the Company’s subsidiary, InvestCapital Ltd. has signed an agreement with Cofidis S.A. Sucursal en Espana, Barcelona (Agreement).
Under the Agreement, InvestCapital Ltd. purchased from Cofidis S.A. Sucursal en Espana an unsecured retail debt portfolio with an aggregate nominal value of EUR 91m. (PLN 415m at the mid exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for May 7th 2021). Terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
