Current Report No. 15/2023: Notice of registration and admission to trading of series AO6EUR bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement No. 173/2024 of February 19th 2024 that the 140,000 Series AO6EUR bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000838 (the “Bonds”) will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market

The Company also announces that by Resolution No. 192/2024 of February 19th 2024 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) decided to admit Bonds, to trading on the main market of the WSE as of the date of their registration by the CSDP.
