Current Report No. 16/2018: Claim assignment agreements executed on the Polish market with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A.

Further to Current Report No. 10/2018 of March 23rd 2018, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today the Company’s subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ (the Buyer) has signed agreement with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. (Agreement, the Bank). Under the Agreement, PROKURA NS FIZ purchased from the Bank an unsecured retail debt and corporate secured debt with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 384 m. The debts covered by the Agreement will be assigned to the Buyer on the Agreement execution date. The Agreement does not provide for  any significant contractual penalties. Other terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
