Current Report No. 16/2024: Notice of registration of series AO5EUR and AO6EUR bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement  ONP/2024/017 and ONP/2024/018 of February 20th 2024 that the:
•    140,000 Series AO6EUR bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000838 (the “Bonds”) will be registered on February 21st 2024.
•    100,000 Series AO5EUR bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000820 (the “Bonds”) will be registered on February 21st 2024.
