Current Report No. 16/2025: Notice of admission to trading of series AP3 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 163/2025 of February 13th 2025 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 1,000,000 Series AP3 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland.
