Current Report No. 17/2021/ K: Appendix to Current Report No. 17/2021 – Correction

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) corrects an obvious clerical error in the appendix to Current Report No. 17/2021 of May 20th 2021 containing the texts of draft resolutions to be discussed and voted on at the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. on June 16th 2021. In Section 5.4 of draft resolution No. 22 concerning agenda item 13, there is a passage reading: “i.e. for the period from February 26th 2021 to May 26th 2021”, which instead should read: “i.e. for the period from March 15th 2021 to June 15th 2021”.
