Current Report No. 18/2023: Termination of credit facility agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A.

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on February 27 2023 the credit facility agreement entered into by the Company and its subsidiary PROKURA NS FIZ with ING Bank Śląski S.A., as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 49/2018 of December 20th 2018, was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.

The termination is related to the planned changes in the KRUK Group's financing structure.
