Current Report No. 18/2025: Notice of registration of series AP3 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement No. 158/2025 of February 18th 2025 that the 1,000,000 Series AP3 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000895 (the “Bonds”), will be registered on February 20th 2025. The registration is made in connection with the admission of the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
