Current Report No. 19/2023: Notice of registration of series AN3 bonds

Further to Current Report No. 15/2023 of February 20th 2023, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on March 1st 2023 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in its Statement No. 183/2023 that the 500.000 series AN3 Bonds, under ISIN code PLKRK0000754, will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
