The Management Board of KRUK S.A. reports that on March 27th 2013 the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting adopted Resolution No. 14/2013 to approve the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of KRUK S.A. of Wrocław.

The consolidated text incorporates the amendments introduced by virtue of Resolution No. 14/2013 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of KRUK S.A. of March 27th 2013.

The amendments to the Articles of Association will become effective upon their registration with the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.

The amendments to the Articles of Association of KRUK S.A. and the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of KRUK S.A. on March 27th 2013 are attached hereto.
