Current Report No. 21/2023: Notice of admission to trading of series AN3 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 189/2023 of March 2nd 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 500.000 Series AN3 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market  as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland.
