(the “Company”) with reference to the current report no. 16/2026 dated on April 23rd 2026, informs that on May 18th 2026 it received from Shareholder Vienna Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Shareholder), represented by Vienna Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., a submission of the candidacy of Mr Rafał Mikusiński as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
