(the “Company”) with reference to the current report no. 16/2026 dated on April 23rd 2026, informs that on May 19th 2026 it received from Shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Shareholder), represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., a submission of candidates of Ms Ewa Radkowska-Świętoń and Ms Dominika Bettman as members of the Company's Supervisory Board.
