Current Report No. 23/2024: Notice of registration and admission to trading of series AO7 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 305/2024 of March 8th 2024 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 700,000 Series AO7 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland.
The Company also announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement  ONP/2024/024 of March 11th 2024 that the 700,000 Series AO7 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000846 (the “Bonds”) will be registered on March 12th 2024.
