Current Report No. 24/2023: Assignment of ratings by credit rating agencies Moody’s and S&P Global

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”, “KRUK”) announces that on March 13th 2023 the Company was for the first time assigned ratings by the credit rating agencies Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) and Standard & Poor’s (S&P Global). The ratings are as follows:
•    the corporate rating for the KRUK Group from Moody’s is „Ba1”  with a stable outlook; 
•    the corporate rating for the KRUK Group from S&P Global is „BB-” with a stable outlook.
