Current Report No. 25/2023: First listing date announced for assimilated Series AN1 and AN2 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (the “WSE”) issued a communication of March 10th 2023 announcing that KRUK S.A.’s Series AN2 bearer bonds (KR11127) assigned code PLKRK0000747 and Series AN1 bearer bonds (KRU1127) assigned code PLKRK0000739 would be listed as of March 15th 2023 under the abbreviated name of KRU1127 and assigned code PLKRK0000739, in accordance with Statement No. 219/2023 of the National Securities Depository of Poland dated March 10th 2023.
