Current Report No. 25/2024: First listing date announced for assimilated Series AO3EUR and AO4EUR bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (the “WSE”) issued a communication of March 21st 2024 announcing that KRUK S.A.’s Series AO4EUR bearer bonds (KR11228) assigned code PLKRK0000812 and Series AO3EUR bearer bonds (KRU1228) assigned code PLKRK0000804 would be listed as of March 25th 2023 under the abbreviated name of KRU1228 and assigned code PLKRK0000804, in accordance with Statement No. 290/2024 of the National Securities Depository of Poland dated March 21st 2024.
