Current Report No. 26/2026: Payment of dividend for 2025

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the „Company”) announces that on May 26th 2026, in accordance with the Management Board’s recommendation, the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. passed Resolution No. 6/2026 on payment of dividend to the Company’s shareholders (the “Resolution”).
The Annual General Meeting resolved to pay dividend of PLN 20.00 per share. The dividend, totalling PLN 390,867, 800.00 and shall be distributed from the Company's net profit for 2025. Under the resolution, the dividend record date for payment of dividends for the financial year ended December 31st 2025 was set for June 1st 2026 and the dividend payment date – for June 3rd 2026. The dividend will be paid on 19,543,390 KRUK S.A. shares.
