Current Report No. 3/2023::Admission to trading and registration of series AN2 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 7/2023 of January 3rd 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) decided to admit 100,000 Series AN2 bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 100 per bond (the “Bonds”) to trading on the main market operated by the WSE. Pursuant to the resolution, the Bonds will be introduced to trading as of the date of registration of the Bonds by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP").
