Current Report No. 30/2018: Subsidiary wins tender for a debt portfolio on the Italian market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on September 3rd 2018 it was notified by its subsidiary, ItaCapital S.r.l. of Milan, Italy, that it had won the tender to purchase an unsecured retail debt portfolio on the Italian market. The portfolio’s face value is approximately EUR 302m (or PLN 1,3bn at the mid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for September 3rd 2018). The relevant agreement related to the tender will be announced by the Company promptly after its execution in a separate report.
