The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) with reference to the current report no. 19/2022 dated on March 18th 2022, informs that on April 11th 2022 it received from:
1.    Shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny based in Warsaw, Topiel 12, represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., a submission of the candidacies of Ms Ewa Radkowska-Świętoń and Ms Katarzyna Beuch as independent members of the Company's Supervisory Board.
2.    Shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” based in Warsaw, Jana Pawła II 24, represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., a submission of the candidacy of Ms Izabela Felczak – Poturnicka as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
