Current Report No. 31/2017: Subsidiary wins tender for a debt portfolio on the Italian market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on June 1st 2017 it was notified that its subsidiary, ItaCapital s.r.l. of Milan (“ItaCapital”), was chosen in a tender as purchaser of a NPL portfolio of consumer loans on the Italian market (the "Portfolio"). The Portfolio’s face value is approximately EUR 131,7m (of PLN 551m at the mid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for June 1st 2017). The conclusion of the relevant agreement regarding the purchase of the Portfolio is contingent upon the successful conclusion of the negotiations between the parties and reaching an agreement on the commercial terms thereof. In case of the conclusion of the agreement, the Company will release a separate report in that respect.
